Summary: Poor Customer Service 2008-09-18
Comment: I actually have the '07 version of the Zooper Waltz in Blue. While I was very happy with this stroller in the beginning, I am totally disgusted right now just 10 months later.
The piece you pull up to recline the seat snapped off and the whole mechanism broke. Also part of the 5 point harness snapped. I called the customer service department to be told I need the receipt. This was a gift. Luckily my friend had the receipt (thank you Amazon.com) and I was told the stroller would be covered under warranty as it was less than a year old. The problem is I am responsible for the cost of sending it back! Do you know how much it costs to send it back $60-$100? I did not break this stroller, why do I have to pay?
I wish they would stand behind their product and make things right. I have never wrote a review before but I wish I had known their warranty was so unfair to the consumer.

Summary: Love the color, but... 2007-12-20
Comment: I ordered this stroller after my friend had gotten a pink peg perego, and had some complaints about it. I really love the pink/black colors, the shape of the overall chassis, the unzippable back cover to peek in at baby, fully adjustable strap, canopy that reaches down to the bar, all the weather accessories included, etc. The things I don't like is the free advertising, says "www.zooper.com" on the storage compartment, no snack tray on the bar, and the wheels do feel a little wobbly, as well as the stroller not locking open. While strolling, if you lean or push down on the handlebar, the stroller will actually start closing up! So I have to admit, that after purchasing a pricier stroller because I loved the colors, didn't pay off completely in the long run. My $200 Graco stroller/combo unit feels much sturdier, has a snack tray, and a full cup holder/storage compartment. I still like this one, but don't necessarily think its worth the price (esp. w/their free advertising!)
