Summary: There's no perfect stroller, but this is pretty close! 2008-08-19
Comment: I LOOOOOOOOOOOVE this stroller! It's lightweight, folds easily, maneuvers well, holds decent amount in the basket considering its size, comes with a sun and rain cover, etc. etc. etc. The only things that I wish were different: one more cup holder, maybe a parent tray and that it reclined all the way. But then of course, it'd be heavier and that was more important to me. Love it!

Summary: Very pleased!! 2007-11-19
Comment: I just got my twist and let me tell you I am so pleased. It's light, and so easy to push even with one hand while holding my daughter in the other. The seat cover is nice and padded but is also a breeze to take off and wash in the washing machine. It has a deep recline for napping but not a full one. My daughter is one so that's not a problem. The suspension is really nice on bumpy sidewalks. There are two pockets on the back of the canopy for keys and phone etc. Plus the back of the canopy unzipps to reveal mesh for hot days. It has a removable cup holder that works alright also a mesh bag that hangs from the handle that could hold a water bottle or sippy cup. Did I mention that it comes with a rain cover, a foot muff and the sun shade? I think that's my favorite thing. The only reason I didn't give it a full five stars is because the basket underneath is a little small and can't be used when the seat is reclined but I think all of the strollers in this class are like that. Also I can't see my daughter through the window in the top of the canopy because it's not a clear plastic and it says "zooper" across it. Both things aren't enough of a problem to bother me. Other than that this is an awesome stroller! I would definitely recommend this one to anybody looking for a light, comfortable and stylish stroller for their baby.

Summary: Buyer Beware: Great Stroller, No Replacement Parts 2007-08-10
Comment: I love this stroller. It is light, great material, better balance than the Maclaren's (who tend to be back heavy).
Here's why I gave it 2 stars...you cannot get a replacement part. The airlines broke the wheel off, they sent it to be repaired. The repair company could not get in touch with a parts department. I thought I was buying a good stroller. The website www.zooper.com looks legitimate. Those phone numbers call Zooper, but NOBODY answers. It will transfer you to Customer Service/Parts, it transfers you and hangs up on you. I tried accounting department option, "voicemail box is full". In my mind a spendy little stroller like this should have a company that can be contacted for a wheel. That's all I needed was a wheel. Well, the airline won't reimburse me. Yeah, it has to be packaged properly (whatever that means). So, now I have a stroller that would work, but I can't get a wheel!!! I now have to buy another stroller. There goes another $180 down the drain!
For that reason alone, I will not purchase another Zooper. I will pay a little more for a Maclaren. You can get parts for a Maclaren stroller easily.
