The back of the seat reclines so much that it is a near flat position. There also is a safety net at the headrest I suppose to keep any baby from wiggling out in that direction. The shoulder straps (which have reflective piping)can be altered to accommodate an infant, not to mention that there are soft shoulder strap pads to protect baby. The seat is not only extremely padded, but there is also an infant insert to make it more comfortable (did I mention premium quality and plushness?). Granted, that when the seat is in a full recline the storage underneath becomes difficult to get to, but what stroller isn't that way? This review is from: Zooper Twist Stroller (Baby Product) UPDATE: If you run into problems with your wheels being stiff and not turning very nicely - Zooper recommended that we use a silicon lubricant on the wheels. We did and now the wheels are back to turning like they should.
We have a Zooper Waltz from a few years back and love it, so we took a chance on the Twist, despite the huge lack of reviews, when we needed a smaller, umbrella type stroller. I am so glad we did! A huge canopy - you can pull it as far forward as you want (it doesn't pull as far when the seat is fully reclined for obvious reasons), and an extra section that zips out to make it even bigger (the canopy can touch the child's legs). I will...Read more 17 of 17 people found the following review helpful: By Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) Background: We had gotten rid of our car shortly after moving to Boston (before our little one came along), so a stroller immediately became an integral component in our lives. We had started off with a Graco stroller that came with a large basket underneath the seat, which was frequently filled with items from a nearby grocery store. We enjoy walking around everywhere and consequently had placed various strains and serious mileage on the old stroller. Alas! During a casual stroll on one snowy evening, the metal shaft holding one of the front wheels broke into two pieces. After MacGyver-ishly "fixing" the broken shaft with whatever I could find in the toolbox, I immediately began searching the web for a new stroller. Selection process: In...Read more |
