We bought this seat for our 2 year old when the old seat had expired. My so loves his new seat, and I do too. We have had a couple of minor issues, but Safety 1st has been super helpful with resolving these. Our seat came and there was no owners manual, the box looked as though it had been through the wringer. The other issue is/was our seat cover began to fray almost immediately, I contacted Safety 1st and they right away sent me a replacement. Overall we are very happy with our seat and would recommend it to others.

I just received the car seat yesterday and the packaging did disappoint me, the box was practically open upon arrival. Only one corner of the box remained taped at the top. I inspected the contents and it all seemed to be there, so I wasn't really concerned, but I was not happy either.
Now to the actual product. The car seat came fully assembled, only the cup holder needed to be put on the car seat and it simply fits right on the side. I did not even have to look at the instructions to figure out how to install the seat in my car, the latches clip right in and it was mostly a breeze. It stays in place and it is not too big. I have a Ford Focus and it fits just fine in the backseat, and it doesn't take up any more space than any other car seat. Adjusting the straps is simple, and rising or lowering the strap height is very simple too. Nothing to complain. The seat works fantastic, looks really safe for my 6 months daughter. She loves to be seated on this one, not like the old infant car seat that she started to hate after a while. I secured the seat, rear facing with the harnesses included and the seat stays firm in every movement of the car.
