Designed to fit over and around the frame of the stroller itself, the Valco Bootcover does not thread through the harness straps like most blankets or stroller buntings. Valco Bootcover is a warmer that makes it easy to get your child in and out of the stroller seat, with a soft fleecy inner lining that will keep them warm and comfortable for the duration of the ride. The outer layer of the Valco Bootcover is wind and water resistant, and the whole item is machine washable.
