I used it on my Disney trip with my 12 month old and 3 yr old. Since there were no snaps or anything to hold it in place, my 12 month old easily kept on pulling it off which was annoying since it was raining. I accidently ripped it in 2 areas too. I guess it did the job but I think I'm going to search for a better one.

This cover is almost good. For some reason, many of the double stroller covers neglect to cover the babies' feet completely, so in the event of rain their feet will get wet. This is one of them.

it's allright, not meant for stormy weather because if your childs feet touch the footrest of the stroller they will get wet. But for slight rain or a bit of wind it is acceptable.
