When I purchased this I thought I was buying an xtra large seat instead I received a seat cover for my existing seat. The seat cover is very thin there is no foam cushioning (only thin padding) so my son can sit back further creating more space for his legs. I would not say its worth 50 bucks but hey it's Quinny I guess I should have expected the accessories to be a bit overpriced. Next time I would probably just purchase a stroller with less padding on the seat to begin with.

I purchased the Buzz in orange/red in 09, but quickly decided I was not that into bright colors. So I was thrilled to purchase the XL seat in storm - no more attention-grabbing orange! Except once it arrived, I realized it is only the front of the seat, the back of the seat is still red, as are the canopy and seat restraint pads. Total bummer. But, the seat itself fits my toddler well and should for quite some time. The material is not as soft as the original seat, but she doesn't seem to notice.

This review is from: Quinny Buzz XL Seat, Breen (Baby Product)
We got a deal on the Quinny via Craigslist and it was in excellent condition for the most part, although I never liked the bit of wear that was showing on the seat. We bought this seat/cover in Breen and my husband installed it in maybe a 1/2 hour. I thought that was a long time for just a cover and from reading the reviews I thought this might indeed be "just a cover" for the original seat. Between the product description and user reviews, I just wasn't sure what to expect. I knew I liked the way the XL Seats looked on the site so decided to give it a try. Turns out it's somewhere in between a whole seat and cover. The original padded seat comes off of the seat frame and this "nylony" one goes over the frame. It has less padding than the original but that doesn't seem to have affected its comfort. Personally, I think it looks like a whole new Quinny and I prefer this nylony material better as it looks like it will hold up better and resist staining and puntures. So from our bargain...Read more
