2.0 out of 5 stars Bad tires!, February 15, 2011

I bought this "awesome" stroller and when I went to use it the back tires started to bulge and I noticed them halfway to where I was going, so I let out a little bit of air but the bulges were still there. I kept pushing toward my destination and by the time I got there...the tire tube was sticking out and both were deflating! By now I am a bit worried due to I had my newborn in the front (with the carseat and attachment) and my 1 year old in the tandem seat in the back. HOW was I going to carry them BOTH if this stroller starts to fail even further? The one tire POPPED really loud shortly thereafter and there I was, stuck. I managed to return home by fully lifting the back of the stroller so the tires would not touch the ground, which is NO easy feat, ESPECIALLY after having a baby. I had to take the tires to a bike shop to get new tubes put in them. Although it wasn'r really expensive, the inconvenience and the failed customer support I got from p&t made this whole experience...Read more

Love this stroller, but had some serious issues! The 3rd time I used this stroller, the tires got all warped as I was walking to the point where I couldn't even push the stroller anymore because the tire was coming off of the wheel. Went home, worked on it for over an hour & managed to get the wheels to a point where I could push the stroller again. Next time I used it, a tube popped. All the tires were already inflated when I received the stroller new from the seller, so i don't know why I was having issues with what seemed to be over-inflated tubes. Contacted seller... no help. Contacted p&t customer service. They told me new tires & tubes would be shipped to me in a week. Waited... no package. Contacted p&t customer service again and they told me another week. Waited... no package. Contacted them again and they told me they wouldn't have them in until January (it was mid October at this point) and that I would be charged for the parts & for the shipping. Have not yet...Read more

5.0 out of 5 stars Almost perfect double stroller, April 28, 2011

I originally bought the P&T Sport when I had a newborn and 2=year-old. I LOVED it, but it had a couple of flaws that were pretty annoying...but I put up with them becuase I really loved having an inline stroller. When they came out with the Explorer I saw that they had fixed all of those flaws and so I sold my Sport and bought my Explorer. I LOVE it! Here is why:

Pros:
Sturdy - I watched my stroller fall down an escalator (no kids in it, my brother was trying to take it up the escalator at the aiport like an idiot). It has also travled around the world being thrown around by baggage handlers. And it still is in perfect condition!

Inline - This stroller is really the size of my old Chicco single stroller. I love that I can walk through tight isles in clothing stores with BOTH kids and it still fits.

A Doulbe AND a single - I also love that it goes from double to single so easily. If my 3-year-old doesn't want to ride, who cares? I used to...Read more
