Peg Perego Pliko Mini Stroller with a Black Diaper Bag Neon

After having spent 39 weeks of pregnancy and my first year of motherhood, I decided to purchase umbrella stroller. I spent all that time doing research. I wanted it to have a modern look, great wheels, small fold, great hood, 5 point harness, complete recline, and good basket.
I already own Quinny Buzz 4 , huge when folded, tiny basket, great wheels !, complete recline, lovely modern look but too big to take into stores.
The Peg Perego Pliko Mini Stroller that I purchased has:
Faulty material on the hood (more than one tone!!), the whole stroller swivels when I carry it, it isnt mini at all, I spent a bunch of money on the footmuff (it is not included, and it is not rainproof as advertised) and worst of all, it is very heavy to push when I carry my one year old !
Hate it.
I also own a $15 dollar umbrella stroller from Babys r us, and love it, too bad it doesnt recline, doesnt have a basket and doesnt have a great hood.
