Rotate and Recline Seat in One Smooth Motion

With one easy motion, the 3DRotation feature allows you to both rotate the seat a full 360 degrees and recline the seat. The side levers are ergonomic and easy to reach for user comfort. The seat can be placed in the parent-facing position for younger babies and switched to face forward for toddlers who want to explore their environment. When your baby wants to nap, the seat can recline fully for a comfortable rest.

You can fold down the seat to a compact size of 12 by 28 by 16 inches (H x W x D) - ideal for urban environments. The portable seat nestles on top of a Stroller Frame G2 for easy transport. They both fit neatly in the trunk of even small cars.
Made with Certified-Clean Materials

In keeping with Orbit Baby's green philosophy, the stroller seat offers fabric and foams that are all certified by Oeko-Tex Standard 100, which sets strict limits on close to 200 potentially harmful substances and chemicals. You will rest easy knowing that your baby is surrounded by safe, earth-friendly materials.
Convenient Features for Your Child's Comfort

The shell of the stroller seat is rigid enough to properly support your child, while still maintaining its flexibility to keep your child comfortable. Your little one will appreciate the generously sized UV sunshade, with the built-in Paparazzi Shield extension, that protects sensitive skin and exposure to the elements. The seat's ventilation system offers perforated fabrics, airflow channels, and moisture-wicking materials.

An extendable footrest and detachable support bar offer added comfort, and the removable snack tray and lid are made from BPA- and PVC-free materials. Plus, with its fully-recline feature and an included reversible infant insert, this seat keeps newborns and infants snug and secure.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great multi-functional stroller, March 18, 2009
S Wong (San Francisco, CA) - See all my reviews
We've had our daughter in Orbit since Day 1. It has been a great product overall.

The infant system is fantastic and a very thoughtful product and we instantly fell in love with it. The stroller took a little longer to win our heart.

Pros:
- Just like the infant system, the stroller seat is very well built, a super solid product.
- It's big and roomy so the kid can grow with it. A previous review said the seat was not deep enough that's simply not true. Unless your kid is well over the growth percentile you have nothing to worry about. Do keep them buckled up at all time though because it IS roomy.
- It's great for everyday stroll. It maneuvers quite well on gravel paths and grass too.
- It's got this big space between the rare frame and the back of the stroller seat. We put a large IKEA bag there and it's excellent for grocery shopping. Over the past year, we've been putting 25+lb grocery on the stroller while the girl's sitting in it, no...Read more

5.0 out of 5 stars Beyond expectations!, December 5, 2010
Volvo Dad - See all my reviews
We have used the Orbit since day one with our toddler who is now almost 2 years old and it has served us so well! Our child is pretty small for age, so we were able to stick with the infant system for a long time, but we recently switched to the toddler seat which we have loved... prompting us to lay down this review now.

At the beginning, we certainly spent a good amount of time looking at the various infant stroller options, trying them out at the store, and talking with friends who had used different systems (Bugaboo, Graco, PegPerego, Quinny, Phil and Ted's, etc). Eventually, we decided on the Orbit and it really exceeded all our expectations.

We chose it largely for the convenience of the integrated car seat/stroller seat function of the infant system and it certainly lived up to billing in this regard. It is soooo easy to pop the seat back and forth from the car base to the stroller base. This saved us countless times from waking up our napping baby...Read more

5.0 out of 5 stars I was very skeptical at first but now LOVE it, August 15, 2009
Ben C. "me like books" (D.C) - See all my reviews
I bought the Orbit infant system and have been absolutely THRILLED with it. But when my son got too big for the infant car seat (at about the 8 month mark, he was 20 pounds but 30 inches, so he exceeded the height requirement) I started looking around, and to be honest, I wasn't as awed by the toddler stroller seat at first. I felt like it just wasn't as aerodynamic, cool or as functional as the infant car seat. But I was very very wrong.

I have to say that this stroller seat is overall well designed but does have a few flaws that I would change. Here is a list of it's pros and cons.

CONS:
1) The foot rest could have been better designed. Other strollers I've looked at had an adjustable foot rest to extend when baby is sleeping in reclined position. This one does not. Feet dangle, but it hasn't bothered my 8 month old yet, though I imagine he might mind it when he's bigger and his feet are longer. Not THAT big of a deal, but something to consider...Read more
