Summary: Perfect on the go stroller 2007-09-08
Comment: I love this stroller. Its light, has a simple fold, and clips shut on its own. The shoulder strap is helpful when traveling and I love that it can be folded/clipped one handed. While it won't replace my P3 for full days out, this is the perfect errand stroller.

Summary: This is it! 2007-04-18
Comment: I have this stroller in red and just love it!! I've bought so many strollers since my first child was born 4-1/2 years ago (9 total, McLaren Triumph was my third light-weight stroller) and I have to say this is the best stroller! It's light-weight yet very sturdy (doesn't give you that "screws getting loose" squeaky sounds that a light-weight Combi would after a year of usage). The seat is wider than other light weight strollers (because of that it's too big for a baby who cannot sit up on her own) and even reclines a little bit. More than anything it pushes so easy that I can even push my 44 pound daughter with one hand and go through narrow places with ease (turning is also a beauty). This is the stroller I keep in my trunk and take with me when we fly.
I've heard of the complains about the canopy being too high, lack of parental tray, small basket, etc. but by far this is worth your money. Our biggest hesitation was the high price tag but after so many stroller purchases and frustrations, I admit I should have bought this one from the beginning. My recommendation for a new parent is, buy a travel system or a Snugrider for a newborn then switch to McLaren Triumph when the baby is ready to grow out of the carseat.

Summary: great stroller 2006-11-21
Comment: i own this stroller in red, but also have an eddie bauer travel system. when my daughter was born, i decided to get a smaller stroller, because the big, bulky eddie bauer (nice as it is) is just not very handy to use by yourself with an infant. this mclaren is the perfect solution in so many ways. it is lightweight and compact. i can collapse it or put it together with one hand, while holding my daughter. i can easily put it in the trunk, while still holding my daughter with the other hand. it does not take up a lot of space in the trunk, and it is very easy to maneuver. the only downside is the little shopping-bag at the bottom, which is very hard to get to with your child in it. but that, really, is the only downside. ever since i've bought this stroller, i have not used my other one at all.
