We have the Maclaren rain cover as well and that fits great and stays on through anything. This, however, is made of very light material and doesn't stay on real well. My 6 month old kicks it and grabs it frequently and the top part slides off easily. it almost seems like the dimensions are off by just an inch or so making it gape in places and causing the poor fit at the top.
