My only complaint (and it's a big one) is that the canopy gets filthy from the wheels when it is folded up. I've looked all over to buy a replacement canopy in black to hide the dirt but with no success. When I'm pushing my daughter around a store I like to fold back the canopy so that I can see her better. This exposes the dirt from the wheel markings and is really unattractive. It's all you notice when you look at the stroller, which is a shame. I would be willing to buy another canopy in black to solve the problem but Maclaren doesn't seem to sell them separately. I've seen that big sunshade but it attaches with ties and some reviews say you have to detach it to fold up, which defeats the whole purpose of having a quick and easy, lightweight stroller. Fortunately, I caught this right away and carry a white trash bag so that I can cover the canopy when we fold it down. Even strolls around the neighborhood get the wheels dirty so it is quite unavoidable. I have but one suggestion and that is to place a plastic bag (one for a tall kitchen trash can works great) over the canopy before you fold it up. Other than that, I would recommend this stroller to everyone. |
