product is a perfect fit for our baby trend infant car seat. the garter used to hold the cover in place has the right amount of tension. it makes installation and removal an easy task. there is a clear plastic flap to cover holes in the front used for ventilation. the flap can be folded back and held in place with velcro. the plastic itself is not clear but has a smoke tint.
