As the mother of three kids under four I've had my fair share of strollers and the Trip is the best high quality, lightweight, all-feature stroller I've owned. I only wish it came as a double as well as it's superior in almost every way to Maclaren strollers.

** UPDATE 7/25/2011 - This was posted on Inglesina Baby USA's Facebook page - "Buongiorno Inglesina fans! We are happy to inform you that the 2011 TRIP and the 2011 SWIFT strollers were recently approved to hold a max allowable weight of 55lbs (earlier it was just 40lbs). Even though the user's manual still mentions 40lbs, be confident in the new max allowable weight of 55lbs. **

PROS
- Maximum allowable weight of 55 lbs.
- Lightweight stroller with aluminum frame (15 lbs)
- 4-position deep recline
- Adjustable footrests
- Compact when folded up - fits easily in the front passenger seat when I need to leave the cargo area clear.
- Large waterproof canopy with visor is larger...Read more

There are no reviews for this product as I am writing this, so even though I just bought it and haven't put the baby in it yet, I thought I'd write some notes and update my review later.

I live in a walking area, so what I was looking for was a stroller that I can easily use on uneven/sketchy sidewalks and on the subway. I also needed something that I can easily haul up and down stairs to my second floor apartment and into stores with stair-only access (which is common in this area). Almost perfect was the Uppababy G-Luxe, but the rear brakes that catch on stairs and curbs made it useless, and I wasn't willing to put out the money for a MacLaren. I never got to try the Inglesina in the store, but I found this one on super-sale at Albeebaby and thought I'd give it a shot after reading the great 2010 reviews on Amazon.

Pros:
- Rain cover and cup holder both come standard
- Instructions are clear. Was able to assemble it myself in just a few minutes

This stroller has a amazing features for being an umbrella model. The padding, recline and overall look is so much better than the Maclarens. I wanted the Trip because I refuse to push around something as ridiculous as a travel system, and wanted it to be suitable for toddlers. I can see my baby still being comfortable in this when he is at least 3 years old. Right now he is a month old and I use the deepest recline, along with an infant support (see pic) and he is comfortable and safe. We have the brown/beige stroller and always get compliments on it. I also have a Skip Hop diaper bag that attaches to the handles, which leaves the basket free. I wished I would have had this stroller 3 years ago for my daughter.
