Amazon.com Product Description
With a fully padded main compartment that holds two snowboards or a snowboard and two pairs of skis, the High Sierra wheeled double snowboard/ski combo bag is a terrific choice for snow-focused travel. The bag features an exclusive two-stage adjustment system that lets you size the bag--from 150 to 205 cm--according to the size of your gear. As a result, you needn't travel with a bag that's larger than your skis, saving space and helping protect the items inside. Further protection stems from the bag's fully padded main compartment, which includes padded divider panels to hold and secure your boards. Plus, the bag includes snowboard, ski, and ski pole hold-down straps, which are clearly marked with tabs to help keep your gear organized and stop it from shifting in the bag.

The bag is also easier to transport than many other snowboard bags thanks to the inline skate-style wheels. The system includes a rigid structure around the wheels and plastic-molded rub rails to protect the bottom of the bag from abrasion. Other features include long webbing handles that can be used as a shoulder strap, an extra-large neoprene-padded handle wrap for comfort, an ergonomic Sure-Grip molded tow handle, and a zippered front accessory pocket for smaller items. The combo bag measures 81 by 13 by 6.5 inches (W x H x D) and carries a five-year warranty.

Summary: 2 Flights Later 2010-01-20
Comment: I purchased this with the intention of using it for air travel. My husband snowboards and I ski, so we were looking for something that could carry both. This bag is sturdily built, however, the baggage people are not kind and it is already very dirty and is showing a bit of wear after two round trip flights which I believe is no fault of the bag, but the handling of the airlines. We are able to fit my skis and boots along with his snowboard and boots. The zippers tend to catch a bit when extending the length of the bag or going around the corners, but the zippers are heavy duty. The wheels are handy, but you do have to be careful when you are wheeling it around the airport because it is quite long.

This has been the perfect bag for us. I would purchase this item again. It has made our life traveling with ski/snow board equipment much easier then imagined when we planned our trip to Tahoe and Colorado.

Summary: Looks like what I need - Updated 2009-12-09
Comment: Just got back from a week's vacation in Colorado. The bag held up very well and I increasing my rating to 5 stars. We had 3 pairs of kids skis, 2 sets of poles, and 2 sets of kids boots, all without extending. We also threw in half a dozen fleece tops for some extra padding. Everything arrived intact after both flights. The wheels are very sturdy and it was nice to have my 9 old year old pull this bag while I dealt with the other ski bag and the rest of the luggage - try doing that without wheels. The zippers were fine and didn't stick like they did when we first got the bag. All in all I am very happy with this purchase, and as I have said before the bag can be extended twice so there's a lot of room for the kids' skis to grow.

I needed a bag to my kid's skis, boots and poles. I was attracted to this because it's adjustable - you can extend it twice by unzipping part of the bag which is folded up at one end - so you can carry kids' skis without 1/3 of the bag flopping around unused and also carry adult skis or snowboards if needed. Officially they say it'll carry 1 snowboard and 2 sets of skis, or 2 snowboards. I put in 3 kids' skis, 2 sets of poles, and 3 pairs of kids' boots, and they all fit fine without extending the bag.
Only quibble is that the zippers to extend the bag seems to stick and not open smoothly - that's the only reason I don't give it 5 stars - but once unzipped the bag is legitimately longer and there are no extra seams associated with the extensions which would weaken the bag. Overall it seems like it'll do the job nicely.
One improvement would be shoulder straps so you can wear it like a backpack, but the in-line wheels seem sturdy and I think it'll be fine to just pull it like any other bag.
In its smallest configuration, it's long enough to hold my daugher's 124cm skis with room to spare - would probably hold up to 140cm without extension; fully extended they say it'll hold up to 205cm skis. My 165 skis will require one of the 2 extensions being opened. So it really is very flexible.
The real test will come when we fly out to Denver later in the season - I'll report back on how it holds up.
