Summary: Great Stroller 2007-11-21
Comment: I have had this stroller for 9 month now and used it almost everyday.
Its a bit hard to turn, but I go roller blading with it and for walks. We moved to Denver and there are so many trails here and it comes in handy. It reclines all the way back , so the baby can sleep. I have not ever seen someone else with the stroller and I get looks all the time and compliments on it. You need to have a bigger car for it and a strong arm to get it in and out. I prefer this stroller over any other. Looks like it made with european quality.

Summary: don't waist your money 2007-06-09
Comment: When I saw this stroller online I got so excited. What a stroller for the money. But when I got it I was so upset and disappointed. First of all the quality. The bassnet has one steach in the middle that not me or my baby would be able to lay on it. When I contacted the company they said that I am lying and that it is not the reason for return. I was not even offered exchange. Second of all it is made in China, so u can imagine the quality and it is not mentioned anywhere. Plus if you decide to sent it back besides the point
that you are paying for shipping both ways they still charging you 39.99 + 15% restocking fee. Rediculous because at the end you are getting around 100 dollars back and the rest is lost. I would not recomend them and don't waist your money

Summary: Nice for walks at any weather - first impressions 2007-04-07
Comment: [...]
I have just assembled the Everbright Deluxe stroller and would like to share few first impressions, while they are fresh. I am sending the copy of this to the manufacturer with hope that it would help them to improve future designs.
Most importantly it has the handle which can be flipped to a position so the child faces the parent. I am used to European/German old-fashioned type of strollers (which have generally same design.) In any weather it is nice to see the child, have an eye contact etc.
The inflatable wheels are great.
I have had a negative experience with another stroller - for jogging, which was hard to turn, Everbright is much easier to turn. One has to press on the handle to lift front wheels and it turns just fine. Otherwise one may lift the handle to lift rear wheels and turn.
The quality of manufacturing is above average but not super perfect. I would say it is Walmart type of quality - everything seem to work and possibly will work for long time, but it is far from polished. Possibly one shouldn't ask for more for this price.
I really appreciate the effort of engineers invested in this design. Design seem to be smart and intended for long reliable use. I am not sure, but I think that main parts are made of steel (not aluminum). That is why it is heavier than average, and possibly it is going to be more reliable.
One thing which I think is missing in the design is suspension for softer rides. All old European models had soft suspensions - most modern strollers miss this option. It is strange that parents prefer cars with softer rides for themselves and subject their babies to lot of shaking. Apparently it is because most of rides take place in malls, but on the street, I would think excessive shaking is not good for babies.
The ad promised that the tires will be inflated on arrival. I was positively surprised by that. Of course the tires came flat - no hint of inflating. I found the combination of the pump with wheels not very good. It is hard to connect the pump to the wheel. I am used to such things but most people would have trouble inflating the wheels.
The instructions for assembly need to be larger and more detailed. I had little problem with assembly, but attribute this more to my engineering background than to design of the stroller.
The fact that the handle can be adjusted to different height of a parent is very nice. I am 6.2 and a handle of a typical stroller is low for me, it forces me to bend down which is hard during a walk. The Everbright Deluxe's handle is perfect in this relation - it can go from very very low to very high - for a parent higher than me.
Collapsing the stroller for placing it in the trunk is all right. It is protected from collapsing by chance and even if someone tried to collapsed it with a child inside it wouldn't hurt the child as the child's place remains unchanged. The handle flips over and the seat just goes down to the wheels. It looks like the stroller should fit in the trunk of the Dodge Intrepid or Thunderbird.
I like the feature that the soft padded fabric basket for the child can be lifted and carried away. It is nice. It takes two hands and some effort to insert it properly in the stroller. I think the designers should improve this feature in the future.
By design this stroller doesn't come with carseat but a typical carseat fits the stroller and I was told that some parents use it this way. I don't mind placing a carseat in the Deluxe stroller, but will look for ways to attach it to the stroller. I would think that possibly the designers may think about ways to design special velcro stripes for attaching carseat to the stroller.
Shipment was reasonably fast. I think it took about 7 days - order placed Saturday morning to arrival of a box on Friday afternoon by DHL.
Summary.
I like the option to face the child during walks. Big inflatable wheels are great. The handle adjustable to any height of the parent is great. The removable soft padded basket for a child seems to be nice, soft and convenient. Nice design for protection of a child from wind, snow, sun, cold - a very nice design - this stroller seems to be very good for long walks in relatively unfriendly weather.
All these observations are written upon arrival and assembly of the stroller - I may change my opinion later after using it for a while. Pardon my French.

Summary: Rip off 2007-03-14
Comment: i was very disappointed with this stroller. it's huge, the quality is so poor, sewing looks sloppy. Bassinet is not sturdy at all, and it doesn't even properly fit into the stroller.
i also had an issue with Everbright costumer service. To return the stroller they charge shipping to you and back plus 15% re-stocking fee. i was aware of that but when the stroller was picked up it was apparently shipped back express. Person at Everbright said that they will charge me more money for the express shipment. i didn't even know that stroller was shipped back express since Everbright arranged for the stroller to be picked up.
extremely disappointed. what a rip off. don't waist your money
