Summary: Awesome stroller with GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! 2005-05-03
Comment: We purchased this stroller because we needed one that was more durable than a basic umbrella stroller yet not as bulky as a full on travel system. This stroller fit the bill!! It folds up into practically nothing, has a great basket for shopping which umbrella's typically don't have, a 5 point harness, reclines easily and is very easy to clean with a simple damp cloth. We've used it so much and taken it on so many plane trips etc, that we've literally run the wheels off of it! We actually called Chicco to see about getting replacement wheels, and instead of sending those, they sent us a brand spankin' new stroller!! Honestly if you get this stroller and you have ANY problems with it whatsoever, their customer service is second to none. Of course even had they not been so great about it, we would have purchased this stroller again in a heartbeat. You can't go wrong with this company!

Summary: Finally fell apart 2005-03-16
Comment: I read the reviews about this stroller falling apart, and since I had been using this stroller with no problems, I figured, hey, I must not have gotten one of the lemons! Well, the stroller finally fell apart, just like others described, with nuts and bolts falling off and the stroller collapsing. However, unlike some, I got over a year of use out this stroller before it fell apart. And until it fell apart, I was happy with it. I was about ready for a change anyway, so I feel like for the amount I paid, I got the use from it that I needed. But be warned, this stroller will fall apart. Maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow, but eventually.

Summary: Great Stroller 2005-02-17
Comment: I have had this stroller for a year, with absolutely no problems. Like many others, we got it to take in the car most places because the travel system takes up the whole trunk. It is not the best for a small baby, but no umbrella stroller is. I did use it before my baby could actually sit up, with the seat reclined. It has all the best features, except a cup holder. They sell cup holders that can be attached though. An added benefit...it is tall. My husband doesn't have a problem pushing it. From what I can tell, they have fixed all of the falling apart issues of the previous model. Don't hold it against them now, the problems are fixed. Definitely worth the money!

Summary: Fantastic Customer Service 2004-03-10
Comment: I have to agree with other reviewers that this stroller could use a little work. After just a week of use one of the nuts fell off my stroller. Luckily I found it and replaced it with no problem. Five months later I was not so lucky. The stroller lost a nut and I was unable to locate it. I emailed the customer service center at Chicco and they sent me a replacement stroller, not just a nut. I am extremely happy with the service I received and my active 2 1/2 year old loves to sit in this stroller and that is why I gave this stroller a high rating. I would definately take my chances on it, but maybe tighten the nuts from the start.

Summary: The PERFECT second stroller!!! 2004-03-06
Comment: I bought this stroller because I wanted something that would not take up all my trunk space, like my travel system stroller did. I really love the travel systems, but when my son out grew the infant seat I wanted something more compact that he would not out grow. I found it. I have 4 kids and I'd hate to even guess how many strollers I have had (must be a dozen or so). This will be my last one. This will be my favorite shower gift, I plan on giving it to every one, and will tell them to hang on to it till their baby is sitting up well and they are done with the travel system. I do not recommend it for babies under 6 months, but for the older babies on the go it's great. I just don't think it offers enough support for little ones. I know it doesn't have a cup holder but that is the only draw back. I read reviews saying that screws may pop out, so I plan to check the screws often. And the stroller was very stiff when I first got it but after a few uses it got easier to open and close. I love the fact that this stroller folds like an umbrella stroller, reclines, has a shopping basket, a leg rest, and quite a large canopy for the type of stroller it is. I was considering other strollers, researched many models on line and finally found this one it had all the features important to me. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING: MY SON (almost a year old) LOVES IT TOO!!!!!!
