Summary: Works well for different ages. Will hold an infant car seat. 2007-11-09
Comment: When considering a double stroller for my sons, 2 years and 4 months, my biggest concern was to find a stroller that would fold compactly. I drive a VW New Beetle and this stroller will fit in the passenger seat area with my two sons in the back seat. It also fits in the trunk of our Grand Am with plenty of room to spare. Since there is only one clip to hold the stroller closed, I use a short bungee cord on the opposite side to close it securely.
Until my younger son could sit up well on his own, we added a head insert to his seat and it worked very well. With the seat reclined, I was also able to rest my Combi Centre ST infant car seat securely in one seat.
The instructions for installing the canopies were not clear. I had more luck looking at the picture on the box and comparing the canopy location to the actual stroller seats. Once I installed them correctly, the canopies have remained in place securely. The stroller becomes easier to close the more you do it. If you lock the back wheels when it is folded, it will store leaning against a wall. This stroller is a tight fit through a single door. It all depends on having the wheels pointed straight. Overall, I am extremely pleased with my purchase.

Summary: keep looking 2007-07-09
Comment: I bought this stroller for my 14 month old twins for a trip to Disney. I wanted something light and portable for the trains, trams, and buses - this is not it. It's very heavy and bulky. It's not easy to carry. The canopy has to come off for folding. And the worst part, it doesn't keep my twins in. Even on the smallest settings, they come out of the straps and stand up. I can't even use it now.

Summary: A wonderful stroller 2007-05-06
Comment: The only problem with it is the canopy does not stay on when you fold it up...it's a pain to keep reattaching it.

Summary: Rides nice and easy 2007-03-27
Comment: I love the carriage it rides so nice and easy and the kids can get in and out of quickly. Would highly reccommend. The only draw back is learning to open and close it. Very stiff and tough to do until you get the hang of it.

Summary: Lots of features for this price range 2006-06-05
Comment: When considering a double umbrella stroller for my sons, 2 and 4, we did not want to spend a fortune since we knew it would not be used long term. Our primary reason for purchasing was for a trip to Walt Disney World. My husband and I are both tall at 6'4" and 5'10". Our children are tall as well so smaller, and less expensive strollers, such as the jeep side by side, did not work comfortably for us. Since the boys were older, and therefor heavier, I wanted to make sure what we bought was going to be durable enough to handle their weight as well. We compared our options including this stroller, Maclarens, Inglesina, Peg Perego etc. and noticed the big difference in price between the Chicco and the others. We could not find anywhere to compare them side by side locally so we ordered this one making sure we selected somewhere with a good return policy and then compared it to the others we could find locally. What I found was that this stroller had all of the features I was looking for, handled quite well and was comfy for my children for more than $100 less than the other models. We asked the boys which stroller they preferred and both answered the Chicco. My oldest son said they had more room in this stroller. It was comfortable for my husband and I to push as well even with their combined weight. The seats were easy to recline even with a sleeping child. I appreciated that the seats and canopies operated completely independent of each other. Folding the stroller was easy. A bit tight at first but after a few fold/unfold it was much easier. It fit well in the back of our minivan or in my husband's Accord and still left ample room for other things with it. We also appreciated the nice sized baskets under the seat as well.
Overall I have been quite pleased with this stroller. It has held up well and the kids still find it quite comfortable. Definitely worth looking at if you are hoping to spend less than the cost of the Maclaren or Peg Perego strollers.
