Summary: Snug as a Bug in a Rug 2008-11-29
Comment: I bought this after my daughter complained she was cold. Couldn't blame her; It was 35 degrees out. The weather shield allows her to stay comfortable while I stay dedicated to my workouts.
If you can handle the expense the payoff is worth it. Easy enough to install and provides extra comfort when the weather becomes chilly or extra windy.
