I bought this with high hopes that it would help me get back in shape. The bands are nice, but be careful where you attach them to the BOB stroller! If you attach it to the handle bar, and pull, you will tip the stroller over, even with your child in it. There are a few exercises in the booklet, but not many, I ended up creating my own exercises without the stroller. We use the stroller for jogging, therefore I would not have purchased this item for the price paid.

I prefer the regular cup holder for the BOB stroller, because it has two beverage holders, as I could have bought the bands for cheaper separately.
