I bouth this stroller on April 4th & they deliver in a ware house, 2 hours from the directions i gave!!!, also i got news from them until April 18th, i truly believe that if you buy something on-line is because you don't wanna go to the store or warehouse to pick it up, i think Amazon has to be careful whit the companies who do the deliver part.
