I was set on purchasing the Bob Revolution SE Duallie- hands down I was sold. Then we went to a big box store to test drive with my son's. Here's where the change in mind set started. My boys are 11mts and 2 years old. They fit just fine in either stroller now. Both strollers are great. So how did I decide? Here were the main selling points:
1 - Collapsing. The Baby Jogger is SOOO easy! Just pull up on straps and it folds. The Bob wasn't bad, but there were multiple steps and it wasn't very smooth.
2 - Head space. Neither of my sons are 'big' for their age and in the Bob my 2 year old was pretty much at capacity for head space. The shade actually got in his way. In the Baby jogger he had a good 8 inches of room to grow.
3 - Foot rest. The Bob's foot rest is cloth; I'm not too sure how that cleans up. The Baby Jogger footrest is plastic, wipes up in a breeze.
4 - Reclining seats. First the recline feature on baby jogger is awesome; just pull down on the strap. I...Read more

Commonsense tells me that having two wheels in the front will help prevent it from going to one side. I have a 10 year old 5 year old and 9 month old daughter. I wanted the bon iron man cuz it wouldn't swivel which is key to a real running double. I had a single before, it was fine. But with my two being so different in weight I like that one center wheel wouldn't tAke the heat. Sooooooo, I knew not to buy a swivel center wheel jogger.....bob other types. I couldn't fathom buying a ironman bob non swivel, I do want something for walks, parks zoo,s. And fAce it a double is big across no matter how you look at it. I have a eddies Bauer double stroller and the big kid only fits in the front making it impossible to maneuver. Phil and teds and britax under the kid thing is nuts for actual comfort and I'm tall and kicked my child with my knees. So after Allll this I took a chance on this four wheeler jogger.

1) great assembly 3 mins max
2) the height is there for my 5 year...Read more

I bought this stroller about 6 months ago for the sole purpose of jogging with my two kids (ages 1.5 & 4). I have a smaller Chicco, umbrella style double stroller for all other purposes. I have to say I have been disappointed with it for jogging. It is SO heavy and hard to turn. It makes my runs rediculously hard. I have to put my whole body weight into it to go up the slightest incline (and I don't mean a hill, I live at sea level so there are no hills around here!). I have a single BOB Revolution and it is a dream to push, whether jogging or just strolling in the mall. So I will probably sell the Baby Jogger and get a BOB Revolution Duallie.

Another issue I had was that the tires said to inflate to 40 psi even though baby jogger recommends inflating to 20 psi (found that out after our issue), so when my husband attempted to inflate one of the front tires to 40 psi, the plastic wheel/tire rim split apart. Hard to explain, but it made that wheel completely inoperable. So we...Read more
