I have a Phil & Teds e3 twin, side-by-side stroller. I couldn't find a Phil & Teds rain canopy for it, so after comparing the dimensions, I ordered the Baby Jogger City Mini Double Stroller Rain Canopy. It's perfect! The canopy went on very easily and fits great.
Some of my favorite features are:
side vents for breathability and to prevent fog
four hooks at the feet to keep the canopy in place and the kids' feet dry
the zipper along the hood (where the stroller's canopy ends and the view begins) for easy access to the kids
cutouts for the handle straps to be used
The canopy is well designed. I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

I obviously have a double city mini and I was happy to find this canopy for the rainy days... It's light, easy to put on and a little bulky but it definitely fits under the stroller when not used. My only recommendation is that once it's set, you can't really touch your baby - they are no easy access to them, unless you are removing completely the canopy - I don't know if this is an issue for other rain canopy, but I thought I would mention it...

This is by far the nicest rain & wind cover I've ever seen for a stroller. It offers full coverage without leaking. I would suggest figuring out how to attach it to the stroller prior to actually needing to use it. It took me a few minutes to get it on correctly and I was soaked.
